Terms of service

  • All art is created by David K. Jones.  They are original hand painted works.  The art is photographed or scanned by the artist.  
  • Hand stretched canvas prints are printed on special canvas that is pre-glazed.
  • I print it within 24 hours of your order with a large format Giclée printer in my studio.
  • All are unframed and without a mat.
  • Giclée fine art prints are on quality archival paper.
  • All Prints” are hand-signed in pencil and will be placed in a clear plastic sleeve to protect it from moisture. 5x7 & 8x10 artwork will be packaged in a rigid mailing envelope and shipped USPS. Larger will be rolled in a sturdy cardboard tube for safe shipping.
  • Giclée canvas art is printed as ordered. I personally gallery wrap each canvas print on 1 1/2-inch thick wooden stretchers. The print has “mirrored” edges that continue the image and wrap around the edge of the stretcher frame. (This is a mirror of the image; nothing is lost).. 
  • Typographical errors may happen. 
  • David K Jones copyrights all photos and may not be used elsewhere without permission. Physical artwork is also copyrighted and may not be reproduced for resale even after purchase.

  • Let me know if you have any problem with your delivery.  I will replace it or refund your money right away.
